Community Organizing Experience:

1990-1995: George Washington Tenants Association, 23 Lexington Avenue, Gramercy Park, New York.

Founding Member and Communications Chair. Tenant action was catalyst of a landmark New York State Court of Appeals ruling that placed New York City real estate brokerage firm advertisements under the domain of the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs. Organized successful rent action of 200 plus tenants.
